Re “The Truth About Cancer” – It is already well known that essential oils can balance the hormones.
Frankincense has been found to be one of the most important essential oils for treatment of cancer and effective against any brain inflammation. Frankincense has powerful anti-oxidant properties , helping reduce the size of tumours.
What my latest client posted on facebook
I highly recommend KP Therapeutics as Kirsten is a highly skilled Massage and Aromatherapy Practitioner.
Yesterday, I experienced the most amazing Aromatherapy massage from Kirsten. Prior to my treatment, I was feeling tired, sore and just a bit blah. Post treatment, I felt like a completely different person. My tight, sore muscles felt released and relaxed, and I experienced a great nights sleep that following evening (something I have not been having lately). Overall, I currently feel refreshed with a sense of mental clarity.
Thank you Kirsten, I will definitely be booking in again soon.

ANTISPASMODIC CREAM FOR STROKE
Kirsten has recently been asked to make a cream for a client whose sleep is affected due to spasming leg at night (after a stroke). She has commented after one week:
“Kirsten, your cream is MIRACULOUS.”

SEPTEMBER NEWS
Change of Season Bugs: There are some “nasties” circulating at present. Although we enjoyed an uncharacteristically mild winter, the “fine” has been interspersed with cold or wet snaps – only encouraging bugs.
Along with Vitamins etc (a great recent find is Olive Leaf Extract for an immunity-boost). I have been using my vaporiser against bugs, with the likes of May Chang and Fragonia. Clients have enjoyed inhalations of these oils too – being anti-depressant, anti-viral and anti-bacterial.
A lurgy has left my daughter listless, coughing and eating very sparingly over the last week. Essential oils have been used to help combat this bug – 2-3 inhalations per day of Frankincense as it is indicated for asthma and bronchial conditions; not to mention its delicious, mild aroma. I also made her a chest/tummy rub with Ginger, Frankincense, German Chamomile and Coriander. Ginger is digestive, warming and for soreness. Coriander is also digestive. German Chamomile is anti-inflammatory. Frankincense is anti-septic and also known to have a marked ability to boost immunity.

MAY CHANG
A little ditty about an Essential Oil I have recently been using, brought about by a friend’s enquiry.
May Chang (Litsea cubeba).
Has a delightful lemon-like, fruity smell. Its anti-depressant qualities are instantly apparent upon smelling – helps ease stress and anxiety. A lovely oil to have in a vapouriser or as an inhalation. I have found it to have the type of aroma that people universally find agreeable.
May Chang is also useful in skin care – recommended for oily skin and acne. It is also a deodorant. It is not only a goodie aromatically as it has traditionally been used for lower back pain and chills.
